At Maier, we stand behind all of the products we represent but do recognize that at times there may be a need to return merchandise. Since our fulfillment process is done by hand, please be certain that your order is 100% accurate to avoid disappointment. If you have questions about form, finish, look, etc please contact us directly. Keep in mind these products are ALL hand made and not done in a mass production facility; colors differ in leathers, and stitching varies a bit from item to item. In some cases the Urethane coating may need to be buffed to a shine, this is normal. We want you to be completely satisfied, contact us with any questions.
Please Note: Our offerings have been specially hand made to enhance the particular characteristics of each material used. Therefore, uniformity while comparing different pieces may not exist.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Maier and within 20 days after delivery receipt. A Return Authorization Number will be provided to you along with procedures on how to complete the return process. All returns must be in their original condition and in its original packaging/container. Shipping costs on all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied. Products may not be returned once they have been used.
Error in Shipping / Damaged Goods
If there is an error in shipment or the shipment was received damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery receipt. When you receive your shipment, please check all boxes for damage before opening them. If there is evidence of tampering or damage, please refuse the shipment or open the box with the shipper present in the case that anything needs to be returned and a claim filed. Keep all original containers and all packing materials for the return shipment if you do not refuse delivery.
In the rare instance that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. You may return items within five (5) business days from delivery receipt, but not thereafter, provided the item(s) is unused or unworn and with its original packaging. Any product returned that is not deemed defective will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
In the instance that an item has been discounted within seven (7) days following original purchase, Maier will honor the discounted pricing by providing an in-store credit that may be used towards your next purchase.
Refunds will only be allowed when a replacement item is out of stock or has been discontinued. All refunds must be pre-authorized by ‘Maier’. Shipping costs on all refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.
